What’s Mginger ?
May 18, 2007
I got this mail yesterday from a friend asking me to join this new advertising service that pays you money to recieve ads on your cell. I usually do not join such services as I believe there is no such thing as easy money. But as I was not doing anything online, I decided why not join it and check it out. So two minutes later, I had joined Mginger.
What’s exactly Mginger?
mGinger will send a maximum of 10 sms per day and for every sms mGinger will pay 10paise. You may think what will you make with such a little amount, but thats not a right thought. You will also get paid for the people you refer. For every sms read by your referral you will be paid 10p and for your friend’s friend you will be paid 5p. In this way, if you refer 10 people who will refer another 10 people each you will be getting Rs.1,860. Yeah its true, more people you refer the more you earn. If you refer 100 people you will get Rs.18,060. And that’s quite a lot of money. Isn’t it?
When does Mginger pay you?
They pay you when your amount becomes Rs. 300.
Benefits of joining Mginger.
- You make money for receiving ads on your cell phone. So talk as much as you want on the cell phone and let mginger pay the bills for you.
- You can personalise the ads. This means you can select what ads you want and what you do not want. You can also select number of ads you want to receive( not more than 10). You can also select the time you want Mginger to send you ads. I have set my time as 12pm to 6am. So when I wake up in the morning I can delete all the ads.
- As of now I haven’t received any Mginger ads. But those personalised ads could well be helpful to you.
Disadvantages Of Joining mginger?
- You get ads on your cell phone and that could well cause irritation. But you can also unsubscribe from Mginger when you want to.
- Mginger might be a fraud or they might close down. You might feel you’ll get money after a month and might well increase your mobile biil, that’s the only financial harm, Mginger can indirectly cause.
- Mginger might just be selling your track record information to others. But Mginger has their privacy policy in place . So if they do engage in fraud, then you can well take them to court.
What I feel about Mginger?
I say what’s the harm in registering. Why not join this baby right now and be benefited when it becomes a giant. They are not taking any money from you. You can also unsubscribe Mginger whenever you want. So what harm could it possibly cause to you. I feel it’s worth a try. But just do not accept my thoughts as the golden advice. Think for yourself, weigh the pros and cons and then only decide whether you would like to register or not. You can also wait right now and i’ll update you guys and gals if I receive my cheque. And then you could join later. Or else trust Mginger and start benefiting from now itself.
So how do I register for Mginger?
Click here, follow some simple steps and register.
Disclaimer: All thoughts expressed are totally my own. If you join Mginger and suffer any kind of damage i do not take any responsibility whatsoever. But do appreciate me if Mginger pays you guys and gals . And do consider to give me some goodies

this is a very slow procedure dude, u will really get bored of it and dont think it is so easy to get referals, even if u get there are very low chances of them reading those adds……

it might be slow. but you don’t know the power of internet…messages spread in a viral manner. It might well be a flop or a hit. But you shall never know if you do not try. So try out you are in a zero risk situation. What’s the harm, I say.

I think, like with every other MLM marketing method.. mginger is going to create a lot of hype and hoopla initially and may be rewarding for the users as well as they themselves but the idea will die out eventually as advertisers dont get ROI. I read about mginger here – http://www.sukip.com/Others/Mginger – I was excited earlier but after looking into its details I was sure this will happen…

mGinger has simply copied the idea straight from what had happened way back in 2002 in Australia AND what a company called MindMatics (via redalertz.co.uk)is doing in the UK currently. It is disgusting for these guys to claim this in the press as their original idea!! It is disgusting how they have even lifted the “Terms and conditions” from their website and the “privacy policy” too!! the least they could have done is to atleast bothered to change that a little bit!! The Mginger design – down to the background image is a copy of frinedster!! Not just that – the Darned copy on the Advertise with us page is also the same!! Shame on you guys!! Mr. CEO – your COO has conned you by claiming this as his own idea …and you have gone to press with it stating this and boasting about this!!! Ha Ha Ha Ha !! Good luck to you!

Hi Guys,
You may wish to read my detailed review of Mginger business model, its pros and cons…
http://www.enidhi.net/2007/06/mginger-feasibility-study-should-i.html
as this post is nearly one year old now, can you mention how much did you earn so far?
31.
George | March 31, 2008 at 11:02 pm
I have been in this scam for more than 10 months and so far all I have made is 18 Rs! ONLY 18 rs in 10+ months. I have selected ALL options to recieve any type of ad, I also opted for sms throughout the day and max amount of sms have been permitted. I have three invitees too. Yet, the best that you can make is 18Rs in 10 months. That 1.8 Rs per month.
The bigger scam is that they do not send 10 sms per day. So they just keep making money out of their clients and the chances of someone being paid at the least 300Rs is negligable (you need to 300Rs to order a cheque)
What a killer idea!
Piece of trash…

I have joined mginger this aug 2009 and in starting received quit good ads which earned me 10 bucks but after that ads completly stoped.. few of my frnds as they were close to 300 rp they stoped receiving ads.. recently i av joined smsgala.com they give 145char of sms space with no ad and pay u for sending sms’s so even if they run out of ads u ll not stop earning.. best of luck..
